Prosper

Prosper is next to some of the biggest growth areas in the Dallas Region, yet it retains its intimate feel. The crossroads of two major highways: Dallas North Tollway, which goes North / South, and Highway 380, connecting the Suburban North cities from East to West, then supported by the connector of Preston Road makes for easy access to the rest of the city.

City of Prosper Website

One of the biggest focuses as the city grows is the school experience. Prosper ISD is ranked 14th in the entire state academically according to K12.niche.com and the High School is in the 97th percentile. Houses are going up on former farmland as fast as they can to fill the Frisco overflow.
